Job sucked anyway, who in their right mind would want to take 30+ calls a day to idiots and/or irate people.

With practice, nothing is impossible. Look at G. Bush, he made President =P.
But no seriously, just keep doing it even a little bit at a time, use some online guides/tutorials/etc and you'll be a pro in no time.
