Yep. Being made redundant.
Job sucked anyway, who in their right mind would want to take 30+ calls a day to idiots and/or irate people.
I'm having fun in the last few days though, "Your new password starts wiiith... B for Bourbon. Number 4. T for Tequila, yep, T for Tequila."
Ehehe, alcoholics phonetic alphabet...

Anyways.
